Shipping Info/General Policies
We currently offer UPS Ground service as our primary means of shipping your items. Shipping rates are calculated by weight of item(s) and all associated shipping materials. We calculate all shipping rates from zip code 92064.
We insure all shipments at the published carrier insurance rate. If you suspect your order has been lost in shipment please notify customer service so we can immediately start investigating the matter. UPS rarely loses shipments but hey, anything can happen. They are very easy to deal with and they always handle lost or stolen shipments in a timely manner. Razor Sharp Knives can’t replace a UPS shipment until the investigation is completed.
Rhode Island residents must add 7% sales tax to their order. All other states will not be charged sales tax.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing of your order once you place it. Once processing is complete your order will ship that same day if the item is in stock. If order processing is completed on the weekend or a holiday then your order will ship the next business day. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, or place an order for multiple items that has one or more items out of stock you will be contacted. You can either wait for the items to be back in stock or cancel the order. In general we try to ship your order as quick as possible but please understand that based on workload and any other unforeseen factors delays might occur on the shipping of your order. Your understanding of this matter is greatly appreciated.
We currently do not ship internationally. When our customer base grows and we feel that our expanding into the international market would be beneficial to international customers and us we will certainly explore this as an option.
We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or is the wrong item you ordered simply contact customer service and we will make arrangements to have the item(s) shipped back to us at no cost to you.
If an item becomes defective at anytime after you receive it and the damage wasn’t a result of your own abuse, misuse or neglect you must contact the manufacturer of the item directly. If you need assistance with finding the contact information of a particular manufacturer contact customer service and we’ll gladly assist you in finding the information you need.
If you decide that the item you purchased just isn’t for you simply contact customer service within 30 days of the date you received your item. We will make arrangements for you to ship the item back to us. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of your item. If you do happen to return an item to us because you weren’t satisfied a 15% restocking fee will apply when you return the item.
Please don't just send the item back to Razor Sharp Knives. You must contact customer service to obtain an RA (return authorization) number.

We don’t accept orders from anyone less than 18 years of age. If you are under 18 and would like to place an order have a parent or guardian place the order for you.

Razor Sharp Knives makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the design or the fitness of the product. All claims are agreed to by the purchaser to be disputed solely with the manufacturer.
By acceptance of the item(s) you ordered purchaser agrees that Razor Sharp Knives shall have no liability to purchaser or any party for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, displaying or storage of the product.
